I’m often asked by people is it possible to get methadone in
Thailand?
Methadone in Thailand has been decreasing in it’s popularity to use as an opioid replacement drug. There are several outlets for methadone in Bangkok, Pattaya and Chiang Mai.
My advice for anyone traveling to Thailand who is currently using a level of methadone they physically depend on is to bring enough supply with them for the duration of their stay or bring enough so they can successfully detox safely.
As it stands presently suboxone and subutex are not currently licensed for usage in Thailand. They have not been approved by the FDA of Thailand. They can be obtained under prescription from neighboring countries by a fully licensed doctor.

Hi there,
As I am aware, it is not an approved medicine in Thailand and cannot be prescribed. Try contacting a hospital like Bangkok Hospital in Thailand.
