Effective Therapy

I am a clinical counsellor with over a decade of experience in counselling. I have been working all around the world within my field. I was the “On Tour” counsellor for the British rock band “The Libertines. I hold a Masters of Psychology, bachelor’s in Clinical Counselling and diplomas in Healthcare and Psychology of Addiction. I work privately on a 1:1 basis and provide therapy groups, and also work systemically with families of those who struggling .

I work using a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) model of therapy and have continued Medical Education in Addiction from Harvard University.
My passion is shining a light on obstacles that are in the way of a person’s well-being and then learning to overcome those challenges. My aim in working with an individual is to not only help them in the short term but to help gain life-long skills for the rest of their life. Some people find my methods very refreshing as an alternative approach to 12-step recovery.
